It’s 2013 & I’m extremely happy to be tasting his Durian Creme Brulee off the shelves in Vanilla Bar & Cafe!
When I first heard that Deming is finally ready with his Durian Creme Brulee, my reaction was an absolute high!
I Love Durians and I Love Creme Brulee!!!!
This is a match made in heaven for me by combining the best fruit and the best dessert!

The classic creme brulee should always be served with the caramelized top just like this~
The fragrance of the seasonal fruit filled the air and I just knew that mine was going to be served!
Pairing it with a cuppa hot Nespresso mocha..
You might think it’s not the best combination, but it really did end up alright!
Deming would recommend a sweet white wine to go with it as the Durian Creme Brulee will highlight the flavour of the wine as well!
Every mouth was a consistent Durian infused Creme Brulee!
What you get is Mao Shan Wang or D24 grade durians confined in this little pot of dessert – top notch quality that is definitely worth a try!
This is Deming with his proud creation!
He went through an intense tasting period of 3 months to achieve the perfect balance & I hope he continues making this so that it can be readily available everywhere in time to come!
He is also open to explore other flavours like Creme Brulee with specialty roasted blend coffee~
