Bringing Insurance Closer

At a recent press conference held at Fullerton Hotel Post Bar, both AXA Insurance and Singapore Post announced its improved collaboration move
Adding on General Insurance solutions at 34 Post offices to better serve customers like you and me

Fullerton Hotel – our historical Post Office was chosen to be the official venue with great significance to the event
Singapore Post services has been an essential need in our daily lives
Especially for me where I run online shops and customers receive their orders via local mail
This is the most affordable and viable option and it’s also the most popular mode of delivery
SingPost had been providing insurance solutions at their branches, some coupled with professional insurance advisors to assist in financial planning
On July 2013, AXA – one of the world’s largest insurers announced an exclusive 10-year postassurance partnership with SingPost
This month, apart from having Life insurance products – general insurance products will also be made available
and we can definitely be expecting more services to be extended to the branches of SingPost

The press conference was initiated with an elaborate display of sand art performance…

depicting a simple love story set decades ago
where there were no emails, no mobile phones and traditionally, people communicate by writing letters
SingPost was a large part of life – delivering important messages to our loved ones
and it is still a huge part of our flourishing economy in the modern days

Previously at SingPost, insurance solutions were provided by multiple insurance companies
With AXA@Post, the customer only needs to deal with a single insurance company for all his insurance needs

What’s the difference between Life and General Insurance?

Life insurance products are basic insurance plans that covers your life
namely, term life plans or endowment plans

General insurance products are non-life insurance policies such as Travel insurance, Car and Home insurance.
